A good weekend with some great battles on track!

Qualifying: P1

Heat 1:
Not the best start, but I quickly moved into P2. I pushed hard the whole race and tried everything to make a pass for the lead, but just couldn’t find a way through. Finished P2.

Heat 2:
An even worse start, coming out of the first corner in P4. quickly up to P3, and as the track developed, more passing opportunities opened up. After a few laps I moved into P2, and a few laps later I took the lead and brought it home for the win.

Overall: 2-1 for 1st overall 🥇

Another step in the right direction, and I extended my championship lead.

A big thank you to @bengtkumlin for all the help this weekend, my mom for coming with me and supporting me, and my dad for preparing the bikes so well before the weekend. Everything worked perfectly, which made my job a lot easier.

Another round of the Swedish Championship in the books last weekend.🏁
A great day, going 1-1 in the motos for the overall win. Made it a little difficult for myself with some poor starts, but we’ll keep working on that 😎
Most importantly, we extended the championship points lead once again after some bad luck at the last round.🤩

To be tied for 3rd place in the World Championship after two rounds is an achievement in itself for our small father daughter team and all the hours of hard work we put in behind the scenes.

This weekend was a good one considering how I was feeling and what I was dealing with. I’ve raced with broken bones before, but when your head isn’t 100%, it’s a different challenge altogether.
I finished 5th and 8th for tied 6th overall after throwing up on the start line before race two. I chose to race anyway and gave it everything I had.
I know the podium is within reach, and I know that day will come.
For now, it’s time to rest, recover, and keep working.
